Mr. Rajesh Ayalur Rajan
Mr. Rajesh founded Kings Ocean after building a solid career in the marine industry, where he gained extensive experience conducting inspections on a wide range of marine installations, including ocean-going ships. His technical insight and practical approach became the foundation on which he has shaped the company. Celebrating 20 years in April 2025, Kings Ocean Marine has grown into a respected and reliable organisation under his steady leadership. Known for upholding integrity in every assignment and offering clear, honest evaluations, Mr. Rajesh has ensured that the company consistently meets client expectations while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Mrs. Manju Rajesh
Mrs. Manju Rajesh, a BTech in Electrical Engineering, plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of the group. Her technical acumen, structured approach, and steady judgement form the very foundation of the organisation’s most critical phases of work.
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of complex systems, she brings clarity and direction to the team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and decisions are backed by sound engineering insight. Mr. Deepak T Vijayan (DV)
Mr. Deepak Vijayan began his career conducting a wide range of inspections across various marine installations, gaining strong technical grounding and firsthand industry experience early on. Over the years, he has become an essential pillar of the organisation, contributing not just through his operational competence but through the genuine human touch he brings to every interaction.
Deepak’s strong interpersonal skills have helped the group forge closer, more trusting relationships with clients, often turning challenging situations into opportunities for collaboration and clarity. His steady involvement in overseeing day-to-day operations has also been instrumental in ensuring that the organisation functions with efficiency, consistency, and professionalism.
Mr. Danny Britto
Danny Britto entered the maritime world in 1994 as a trainee marine engineer and went on to serve as Chief Engineer aboard a variety of vessels. In 2004, he transitioned ashore, taking charge of major technical assignments, including multiple dry-dockings and several vessel conversion projects across leading shipyards. By 2010, he joined one of India’s longstanding ship-owning companies, where he managed day-to-day fleet operations, ensured compliance with evolving regulations, and maintained strict control over operating budgets.
In 2024, Danny co-founded Oceanova Ship Management with the goal of creating a management culture rooted in transparency, strong operational discipline, and consistently high vessel standards. His depth of hands-on experience continues to guide Oceanova’s approach to quality and trust.

Graduate Harbour & Ocean Engineer / Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) / Certified International Procurement Manager (CIPM)
Mr. Sagin is a Harbour & Ocean Engineering graduate with a strong blend of marine technical knowledge and advanced procurement expertise. He has developed solid capability across the marine engineering and supply chain domain, combining technical understanding with strategic purchasing proficiency to support operational and commercial requirements effectively.
His structured approach, strong technical understanding, and commitment to operational excellence make him a reliable pillar in both the technical and procurement functions of the company.
Mr. Shafeek
Mr. Shafeek brings a wealth of experience gained through extensive inspections across diverse marine installations, giving him a deep technical understanding and a strong command of industry requirements. He now applies this expertise to ensure that inspection teams are comprehensively briefed, aligned with scope expectations, and equipped to execute their assignments efficiently and safely.
He also plays a central role in the company’s interactions with Class authorities, facilitating clear communication and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. In addition, Shafeek oversees the organisation’s reporting and documentation processes, maintaining records to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. His structured approach, reliability, and commitment to operational excellence make him a key pillar in the company’s technical and quality functions.
Mr.Achyuth Ravi Raj
Mr.Achyuth Ravi Raj is a B.E. Naval Architect and Offshore Engineer with hands-on experience in boat design and marine systems. With a strong technical foundation and practical field exposure, he has contributed to various design, operational, and project-based assignments.
Mr. Shibu Varghese
Mr. Shibu Varghese is a seasoned maritime professional with 18 years of experience in maritime training, vessel management, and regulatory compliance. He has held senior roles such as Director, Vice President, and Deputy General Manager at a leading Marine Training Institute, contributing to operational improvement and training quality.
His expertise spans flag state and classification documentation, statutory audits, and international regulatory compliance, along with proven competence in vessel chartering and management. Known for his focus on quality, precision, and operational excellence, Mr. Varghese brings strong leadership and deep industry insight to every assignment.
Mr. Suresh
Mr. Suresh is a postgraduate Naval Architect with broad experience in ship design, stability work, draft/inclining surveys, and structural analysis for ships and offshore units. He has strong capability in mooring studies, lifting analysis, sea-fastening design, tow approvals, and verification of offshore installations. His work includes pipelaying stress analysis, bunker and on/off-hire surveys, and supervision of loadout and heavy-cargo movements, along with reviewing engineering procedures for marine transport, installation, and offshore construction.
Ms. Namrata Shedge
Ms. Namrata Shedge serves as an essential member of the group’s core team, bringing strong interpersonal skills and a dependable ability to engage effectively with people at all levels. In her role overseeing crewing, she ensures seamless coordination, transparent communication, and consistent support for both shore-based personnel and seafarers. She also possesses a clear understanding of the varied requirements of different shipowners, enabling her to tailor crew assignments to meet specific operational expectations. Through her structured approach and commitment to maintaining high standards, Namrata contributes significantly to the organisation’s efficiency, reliability, and professional ethos.
Ms. Shabana
Ms. Shabana is responsible for maintaining the group’s finances and plays a key role in ensuring the organisation’s financial stability. With over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, she brings precision, discipline, and consistency to every aspect of financial management, ensuring the group always maintains a clear and accurate understanding of its financial position.
